WHAT SETS PEAK APART
Talk is easy. So instead of another mission statement, we brought in a peer-reviewed tool and started asking our people real questions. Culture, to us, means people who feel energized by the work and want to stay.

We want Peak to be a place where the work is simpler and more human, so people can find purpose and joy in it and want to build a whole career here

WE KEEP SCORE
A validated tool, used in medical settings worldwide. Now at work at Peak.
SCORE was developed by Bryan Sexton, Ph.D., director of the Duke Center for the Advancement of Well-being Science. It’s used in more than 30 countries and has been validated across medical settings.
It measures five core areas. Peak is the first dental support organization in the country to use this tool.
Psychological safety
can people speak up, admit a mistake or ask for help without fear of getting punished for it?
Local leadership
does the person someone reports to every day have their back?
Emotional thriving
do people feel energized by the work, not just able to survive it?
Emotional recovery
can people truly rest and reset, or does the day follow them home?
Burnout
what builds up when too many of the above go unanswered for too long?
COUNTED AND CARED FOR
A survey means nothing without follow-through.
Dentistry has always had the clinical standards. What it has lacked is a systematic approach to the human experience behind them. That is what we are building at Peak.

Caring about people first isn’t just the right thing to do. It’s the smart one.
If you believe in a people-first approach, we'd love to connect. Let's talk about what's possible for your next chapter.
